An accurate and up to date topographical survey is a vital link in the Project design process.
Survey Specification
All of the surveys carried out by Mantra are related to our own specification based on the RICS Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Surveys at Scales 1:500 and Larger. This document allows the flexibility of client requirement ammendments.
Equipment
Mantra use the latest Robotic Total Station or GPS equipment from Leica Geosystems. The Swiss manufacturer is recognised as the market leader in survey equipment.
Data Presentation
We provide data in a number of standard formats such as dwg, dxf, dwf, genio, pdf, csv and xyz (text). Our standard issue is dwg and pdf, there is no extra charge for additional data sets. We no longer issue paper copies of drawings unless specifically requested by the customer.
Project Management
In addition to single sites we are able to cope with multi site survey projects on a national scale. Our personnel have extensive experience in this field, managing the delivery ourselves allows the client to focus on other areas of his Project.
